Urban Veterinary offers routine wellness, preventive care, and holistic medical care for dogs, cats, small mammals, turtles, tortoises, reptiles and birds and more. Also, we provide surgical services including dentistry, spay, neuter, soft tissue and orthopedic procedures, such as Fracture Repair, Cruciate Ligament Repair (CCL), and Patella Luxation Surgery. The newly built veterinary hospital houses modern diagnostic equipment for immediate results for tests such as complete blood counts, blood chemistry, urinalysis, ultrasound and X-ray.

Our animal hospital offers wellness plans for cats and dogs. These plans allow our patients to receive necessary services while spacing out the cost, interest-free, over the course of 12 months. Wellness plans allow for continuity of care, savings for clients and excellent health and wellness for your pets.
At Urban Vet, we are very focused on working with clients to make their pet's visit to the veterinarian stress-free as possible. As a fear-free practitioner, Dr. Torok has implemented techniques and best practices for our patients to cater to individual temperaments minimizing fear, anxiety, and stress for everyone. House calls are offered routinely for end-of-life care. Our doctors and staff will come to your house to make your pet most comfortable and administer necessary treatments or diagnostics for your pets.
If you are focused on a holistic approach to medicine, our doctors can help you to navigate those things that are essential for your individual pet and avoid any unnecessary vaccination or medications. Our doctors combine holistic and traditional medicine for an integrative approach to animal health. The best option for most people is to consider vaccine titers to test your pet's current immune status and see whether or not vaccines are needed. This can be done for several different vaccinations, with the exception of Rabies. Acupuncture, Laser Therapy and other holistic offerings are offered here, in partnership with holistic practitioners to meet your needs.
